Right of revocation

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please send us your revocation within 14 days after receipt of the goods (the timely dispatch is decisive). Please return the goods to us within 14 days after the revocation. We will refund payments as soon as we have received the goods.

The costs for the return are to be borne by you. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for possible damage or excessive wear from the purchase price to be refunded.

Please note that we do not grant a right of withdrawal for the following products:

Goods that are made according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded
Audio or video recordings or of software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal was removed after delivery
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
Alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the purchase contract, but the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the current value of which depends on fluctuations on the market, over which the online store has no influence
Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the online store has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period
